Dark Color with Robust Taste

It’s funny to think that pure maple syrup has different grades of, well, “mapley-ness”, but it definitely does. Pure Dark maple syrup offers a deep maple flavor and tends to be produced later in the season. Dark syrup can be used for anything you like, but is particularly suited for marinades and sauces, baking, and… as a substitute for sugar in your morning coffee (if you haven’t tried it, you’re missing out).
